EIFS este compus dintr-o plac\u0103 de izola\u021bie termic\u0103 ca material principal, realizat\u0103 din polistiren expandat sau vat\u0103 mineral\u0103. De asemenea, con\u021bine un adeziv pentru lipirea pl\u0103cii izolante pe substrat. Apoi, este acoperit cu un strat de baz\u0103 de ciment cu armare din fibr\u0103 de sticl\u0103 \u021besut\u0103 \u0219i un strat de finisaj texturat
